Co./ Waterbury, Conn./ MADE IN U.S.A." incised on wick adjustment knob. "958" incised on brackets fastening fuel tank to lamp base. "OK" handwritten in pencil on fuel tank. "TOP" handwritten in pencil on top of reflector.
