Technical: TYPE SAMPLE OF ONE OF THE EARLIEST TUBE MODELS WHICH CARRIED THE MARCONI TRADEMARK. CAPT. H.J. ROUND WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TUBE DESIGN. IT WAS A LOW CAPACITY TUBE WITH THE ELECTRODE CONNECTIONS BROUGHT OUT TO WIDELY SPACED CONTACT POINTS MOUNTED DIRECTLY ON THE BULB SURFACE (REF.2).
