- Mounted on a 3" dia. plate with 4 levelling knobs, just above plate./ Transit can rotate 360 degrees./ On table of transit is a compass with degrees marked on perimeter./ On the outside of the rim are two windows where degrees can be seen as the transit rotates./ Scope is protractor wheel marked in degrees./ Lens has a cover./ A brass plumb bob is in the box.
