THIS IS A BRASS GALLEY WITH A THREE SECTION RIM. BRASS COVERS A WOODEN RIM ALLOWING FOR DURABILITY YET LIGHT WEIGHT. BRASS GALLEYS WERE REPLACED BY LIGHTER, ONE PIECE STEEL GALLEYS. - Area Notes
