- Following information printed on can: 'COLEMAN/ MEASURING CAN/ for Instant-Lighting Irons/ 1. This can measures the exact amount/ of fuel that should be put in the/ fuel tank./ 2. Do not put more than one measure full of fuel to a filling. If more is used, the iron will not light properly./ 3. Be sure to empty the fuel tank of/ the iron each time before filling to/ remove stale and sour gasoline./ 4. Fresh gasoline is necessary for good/ lighting and long life of the gen-/ erator./ MADE IN CANADA'. French and Spanish translations appear together on opposite side of can. 'M.M. Co.' appears along lower edge of can.
