Soak decal in water until entire design will move freely on backing/paper. (This usually takes less than one minute - time may be/shortened by using warm water.)/2. Place design side in position on clean, wet surface./3. Smooth out all air bubbles, using damp cloth or rubber squeegee/(windshield wiper blade)./4. Remove backing paper by sliding or tearing off.
