Technical: WINCHESTER GRAIN MEASURES WERE FIRST RECORDED IN BRITAIN IN THE 10THC & WERE MADELEGAL STANDARDS IN 1497. WINCHESTER MEASURES WERE REPLACED IN BRITIAN IN 1824 BY THE IMPERIAL GALLON.
