Function: TO PROTECT CENTRAL BATTERY & MAGNETO TELEPHONES AGAINST HIGH POTENTIAL AND ABNORMAL CURRENTS.
Technical: USE OF TELEPHONE PROTECTORS MANDATED TO PREVENT INJURY TO PERSONS USING TELEPHONE, AND TO REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF FIRE DUE TO LIGHTNING, OVERLOADED POWER CIRCUITS, ETC. THIS MODEL DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR HIGH POTENTIAL AND ABNORMAL CURRENT PROTECTION. (REF.2 )
