SENSOR MODEL RAZOR FOR MEN WAS INTRODUCED IN 1989,THE LADY SENSOR IN 1992. IN LATE 1993 THE SENOR EXCEL FOR MEN WAS LAUNCHED; THE WOMEN'S VERSION FOLLOWED IN 1996. THE SENSOR SHAVING SYSTEM USES THINNER BLADES MOUNTED ON SPRINGS, ALLOWING FOR INPROVED CONTACT WITH CONTOURED SURFACES & PRODUCING A CLOSER, CLEANER SHAVE. THE SENSOR EXCEL MODELS FEATURE A "SKIN GUARD" OF FLEXIBLE MICROFINS POSITIONED IN FRONT OF THE BLADE TO PROTECT THE SKIN. THE "LUBRA-SMOOTH" STRIP LOCATED BEHIND THE BLADE PASSES OVER THE SHAVED SKIN SURFACE, DEPOSITING MOISTURIZERS.
