THREE METRE PARABOLIC DISH ANTENNA WITH SURFACE ACCURATE TO 3MM, TILTABLE IN ALTITUDE BUT DID NOT MOVE IN AZIMUTH. IT WAS ONE OF 38 IDENTICAL ANTENNAE USED AT ALGONQUIN RADIO OBSERVATORY; IT'S DESIGNATION "16 W" REFERS TO LOCATION. WAVE GUIDE FITTING (.5) LED TO ADJACENT EQUIPMENT HUT.
