Reproduction instruction card tacked to insdie of cabinet lid titled "INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING AND OPERATING TYPE 50 RECEIVER"; and marked "The Standard Radio Manufacturing Corporation Limited, Toronto 2, Canada/ Owners of the Canadian De Forest Radio Patents)". "NA-ALD/ PAT. PEND." cast in raised print on tube receptacles. Each vacuum tube marked "PATENTED/ RVC/ AS SET FORTH ON CARTON" on tube top; "RADIOTRON/ UX201-A" on base.
