Canada: Elementary Flying Training Schools provided training for the BCATP; The British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP) was administered by the RCAF between 1940 & 1945 to train commonwealth air crew, and was one of Canada's greatest contributions to the allied effort during the second world war.
