- "STAFFORD - INFIRMARY: 1766" cast in raised print on mortar. UHN catalogue no. "X934.3.3" printed by hand in white ink on underside of mortar mouth rim.
- Missing
- Turned wooden base missing: does not appear to have been received by CSTM in 2002.

- Bronze-colour bell metal motor.
