Markings: "CONDUCTILE/ GY-3TC/ vpi" marked in gold tone print on one side of tile. Adhesive label applied to tile bears handwritten text: "Electrically conductive/ floor tile for operating/ rooms for dispersal of static/ charges when explosive/ anaesthetic agents were used. UHN catalogue no. "978.28.3a" written by hand in blue ink on small adhesive label applied to upper right corner of reverse.
