- "CONDUCTILE/ BK-3TC/ vpi/ SHEBOYGAN - WISCONSIN" marked in gold tone print on one side of tile. UHN catalogue no. "978.28.3c" written by hand in blue ink on small adhesive label applied to upper right corner of reverse.
