- "21944/00" and "670564" incised in tube base. " 4 4" stamped in black ink on base casing edge. "670564" printed by hand in white grease pencil on tube top. "803 Y" stamped into metal disc visible inside tube. "AM/ 3844" printed by hand in pencil on small off-white rectangular label applied to base. UHN catalogue no. "X969.496" printed by hand in black ink on underside of tube.
