LAMBERT ON THE SOUTH SHORE OF THE ST.LAWRENCE RIVER. DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTED TO BRITISH FIRMS, BUT MOST WORKERS WERE CANADIAN. (REF. 1)
