Trans Canada Airlines (TCA) was formed by the Canadian National Railways. They launched their first flight on September 1, 1937, between Vancouver and Seattle. Throughout the next 25 years, TCA became Canada's national airline, and on January 1, 1965, TCA changed their name to Air Canada. Donated to Air Canada by M.W. MacLoed, who was a maintenance worker between 1937-1959. Dingwall was a jewellery manufacturer and store in Winnipeg Canada from 1886 to 1935 when they amalgamated with Birks and were renamed Birks Dingwall. - Function
