LTD./ OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA". Each of 3 elements marked "SEMCO" and "nanolab". Front panel of each marked (l to r] "DUAL MAGNIFICATION", "GUN PUMP CONTROL" and "DIGITAL SCAN GENERATOR", respectively.
