LTD./ OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA". Each of 3 elements marked "SEMCO" and "nanolab". Front panel of each marked (l to r] "SCAN/ ROTATE/ UNIT", "VIDEO INTERFACE", and "DIGITAL SCAN GENERATOR", respectively.
