Award won in 1925 by the Central Experimental Farm Ayrshire Cow. The Central Experimental Farm was established so as to make Canadian agriculture more profitable, to increase food production, and to encourage families to stay on farms. Ayrshire were imported from Scotland to Canada in the early 1800s by Scottish settlers. The breed association was formed on March 10, 1898 from the merger of the Association of Importers and Ayrshire Breeders of Quebec (founded 1870) and the Canadian Ayrshire Association(founded in Ontario in 1872). - Function

- The top of the trophy is worked there is an etching of a Ayrshire cow surrounded by a wreath of maple leaves and thistles. Decorate markings before the number three and below 1925.
