Canada acquired a number of Voodoo bomber interceptors as a result of the cancellation of the infamous Avro CF-105 Arrow supersonic bomber interceptor, in February 1959. Very much aware that its Avro Canada CF-100 subsonic bomber interceptors were obsolescent, the RCAF began to push for the adoption of a new airplane. In 1961-62, as a result of a complex agreement, the USAF gave a number of Voodoo bomber interceptors to the RCAF. The survivors were replaced by another batch in 1970-71. Known as CF-101B Voodoos, these airplanes served with distinction until late 1984. Unofficially known as the EF-101B or Electric Voodoo, the airplane (CAF serial no 101067) was taken on strength in October 1982. The all black airplane flew with 414 Electronic Warfare Squadron, based at CFB North Bay, Ontario. It was struck off strength in March 1987 and returned to the USAF the following month. 750ml glass wine bottle still full with contents. The label stuck onto the body of the bottle is primarily white with black and red outlines. The text on the label are in black and red. The white seal on the head of the bottle has light purple text. Bouteille de vin de taille 750ml encore rempli de contenu.
