This high chair was purchased in Montreal by the donor's mother in 1947. It was used by the donor and her younger brother. Although the manufacturer is unknown, the donor recalls the high chair was made by a Quebec carpenter. - Function

- High chair with a brown wooden finish. The chair has a light blue fabric cushion backing held to the back of the chair by metal nails and black stitching. The top portion of the blue cushion has a circular tear exposing the wood. The bottom of the portion of the cushion has light humidity stains. The tray has a black leather strap. The chair legs have black metal hinges. Chaise brune en bois traité. La chaise a un derrière en coussin bleu pâle en étoffe qui est soutenu par des clous en métal et piqûre noire. La surface du haut du coussin bleu a une déchirure circulaire qui expose le bois. Le bas du coussin a des tâches pâles d'humidité. Le plateau a une sangle en cuir noir. Les jambes de chaise ont des charnières noires en métal.
