Paper label, which was affixed to the back of the plaque, however, has since unglued (now in S.I.) reads "Foremost/ Trophies/ Casino Rentals/ Custom Lapel Pins/ TEL: 321-9442/ 7153 Victoria Dr./ Vancouver, B.C.
