- Rolls one and two. These two rolls are taken in afternoon with poor light exposures are not good but the weather is bad with some rain. Develop fully in microdol, fresh 13 mins. used 15 to 17 depending on strength. These shots show the only rail work now in progress. They show a CN gang carrying steel from supply base and running it over new supply spur for materials only. They are handling steel and ties and hammering home spikes, etc. They may be used as the initial track laying prior to or preparing for the laying of the line. Light is bad and quality is doubtful. A CanNat bulldozer operator clears bush and dirt for new material spur. He is Frank M. Fleming of Supt. of Works staff Wpg. (raining here). These shots are all taken alongside present CN trackage in Pitts area.
