"MADE BY/ QUEEN & CO./ PHILADA." stamped into rotating disk. Rotating scale visible in opening of casing is seized: only increments 16 through 32 are visible. "1142" crudely incised in casing back. UHN catalogue no. "X965.4.1B" printed by hand in white ink on casing.

.1 component appears complete, save chipped dial used to rotate red standard. Overall instrument appears to be incomplete.
