Markings: All controls, etc. labelled. Mfr's decal applied to inside of rack casing is visible but inaccessible. Each of 5 elements marked "SEMCO" and "nanolab". Front panel of each marked (l to r] "CATHODLUMINESCENCE AMPLIFIER", "TRANSMITTED/ ELECTRON AMPLIFIER", "BACKSCATTERED/ ELECTRON AMPLIFIER", "GREY SCALE/ GENERATOR" and "GREY SCALE/ GENERATOR", respectively.
