Instrument used by Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Agriculture Canada. The lot with which this refractometer arrived contained tomato juice testing equipment, which was designed to pinpoint the colour of the juice based on benchmark colour charts. However, refractometers could be used to test a number of things, including, for instance, honey, grape juice, wine, and maple syrup. - Function
