"JRC/ 1969" handwritten in grease pencil on inside of case bottom. "994.1.28" handwritten in black ink in lower right rear corner..2 "AMPHENOL" incised into connector. "USCI X-RAY USA/ 8/ BARD" marked in black on length of green catheter tubing..3 "AMPHENOL" incised into connector. "PAT. NO. 207612" incised in fitting connectingtubing to connector. "USCI X-RAY USA/ 6" marked in black on length of green catheter tubing.
