- "MADE BY/ QUEEN & CO./ PHILADA." stamped into rotating disk. Rotating scale visible in opening of casing is seized: only increments 16 through 32 are visible. "1142" crudely incised in casing back. UHN catalogue no. "X965.4.1B" printed by hand in white ink on casing.

- .1 component appears complete, save chipped dial used to rotate red standard. Overall instrument appears to be incomplete.
