This is an example of a low quality strainer that cannot be attributed to a manufacturer. Brand name strainer producers from Sweden such as Linden manufacture products that are well designed, sturdy and feature variety of colours. [Ref. 2] The clearest jellies and syrups are made from juices that drip through a jelly bag without being squeezed. This strainer combines a jelly bag with a plastic stand [.1] that sits on top of most pots. Just pour cooked fruit into the bag and let clear liquid drip into the pot below. [Ref. 1] - Area Notes
